WEARING LACE IN NEW WAYS
The key to wearing lace to make it look current and on-trend versus wearing your grandma's table cloth, is imbedding it into your look. Add a lace camisole or lace trimmed pants or skirt. Accentuate your look with lace details versus wearing it all over. Wear it in a bolder color versus black to stand out. Navy and scarlet red/wine color are hot this season!

TANGERINE CORAL DRESS OPTIONS FOR ALL FIGURES
This Nicole Miller striped dress in coral and fuchsia incorporates three hot trends in fashion for spring/summer 2012. Colors, stripes, and ruching. The ruching in the center of the dress hides figure flaws and makes hips and tummy area appear smaller. Nicole Miller, $245.

WEARING STRIPES: SPRING 2012
Stripes have moved beyond the nautical navy blue and white. They can be seen in large stripes with small stripes in between, stripes mixed with patterns, and vertical stripes which make you taller and more in style. Graphic prints with stripes are also very popular. Look at the stripes width, the fabric-too clingy does not look well on your body, and the neckline to make a striped top or dress work for you.
