TULIP...NEW SKIRT AND DRESS STYLE FOR SPRING

Ladies...look fabulous and chic in this new skirt style for spring.  A tulip skirt is gathered or tight at the waist and slightly bells outward.  It is not a huge bell shirt, but a slight exaggeration of the shape.  This style looks great on slender frames, boy-shaped frames, or works well for those with a smaller waist and larger hips.  Emphasizing your waist makes you look smaller.  This is the ideal skirt shape for those who do not have hips and want to emphasize or add to that area as well.
