New trends for Spring 2012 are here. Some are new and some have been around awhile but these are styles to look for when out shopping for your spring wardrobe. Most designers and retail chains carry these looks at different price points so shop around if you find a style you like.
Deep V Dress- a deep-V neckline turns an otherwise demure dress into a stunner. This is great for small chested women.

Neon Pink- an eye-catching alternative to red. This color works for all shapes, sizes, and skin tones. Choose a dress in a silhouette that is flattering to you. Most stores and designers are carrying this color for spring 2012. It is a very distinct shade of pink so be careful when ordering something to ensure you are getting the correct shade.

Peplum- creates an instant hourglass to those with a more boyish figure. Look for peplum on tops, which can be worn with pencil skirts, or on dresses.

Off the Shoulder- dare to bare your shoulders in an off the shoulder top or dress. This look differs from strapless which is nothing on the arms. Off the shoulder has a scooped or straight neckline with sleeves.

Sheer Print- can be seen in dresses and tops. Layers or silk lining help give the coverage needed. Try this in a bold hue or print. If not fully ready to try sheer, do a sheer neckline or sleeves.

Head-to-Toe Neutrals- go nude with a top and trousers in a flattering skin tone. To enhance a tan, go with darker shades or to play up fair skin think ethereal. Petal is a light pinkish nude tone that designers are using. "Nude on Nude" is very trendy. Think Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City.

High-Slit Skirt- show some but not all leg in a skirt or dress with a high-slit. The leg should be your one accent piece so keep the neckline or silhouette of the dress simpler. We don't need to see "the girls" too! Maxi dresses are a great way to wear this look. Flowiness with showing leg. Or pair a maxi skirt with a tank top and show the leg.
