INAUGURAL BALL GOWNS

It's that time of year in that happens every 4 years in DC.  We are lucky enough to live in the nations capital or get to travel here and hob-knob with the President (to-be) and the whose-who at the inaugural balls.  This is a "Fashion Showplace", very much a see and be seen for the fashionista's so being best dressed is key.
