Add sparkle via your clutch when going out.  Especially if you do sparkle in a color to pop your outfit.  Club Monaco offers many in their stores but not online.  Nordstrom's also offers numerous clutches, mostly under $100.

Razzle Dazzle the crowd with high heels that glimmer.  Many brands offer heels that sparkles cover the whole shoe.  I like the look of sparkle design.  See image below by Jeffrey Campbell $174.95 at Nordstrom's.
